1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized jewellery
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with photos/video proof.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
